Dynamic vinyasa yoga integrates strong and flowy yoga sequences, working on all muscles of the body and connecting movement to breath. We close our practice with deep stretches and relaxation.
All levels are welcome: I will help you get started with yoga if you are new to yoga, and show you more advanced asanas when you are up for a challenge. The classes are guided in English. To register, simply contact me via WhatsApp, email, or in the registration form. Please arrive at least 10 mins before the class.
